Safety
Hugmiles is for two people who choose to share a space. It must never be used to watch or control someone. If anything about your relationship or this app feels unsafe, these steps are quick.
If you are in danger now
Contact local emergency services first. Hugmiles is not an emergency service.
- India: 112 (national emergency number). Women's helpline: 181.
- Thailand: police 191, medical emergency 1669. Social assistance hotline (including violence and abuse): 1300.
For emotional support: Thailand Department of Mental Health hotline 1323; India Tele-MANAS 14416.
Control what Hugmiles shows
- You choose what you share. Location is shared only while the app is open and only if you switch it on; you can pause or turn it off at any time.
- Leave at any time with "Unlink our accounts" on Home. It takes effect for both of you immediately.
- Nobody can add themselves to your space: a link needs the invite code you create.
- Never share your password or phone unlock code with a partner who pressures you for it.
